TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELAGAVI ANGEL NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Belagavi Angel Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
